Individual Bio of each Staff Member

Kyle Robb, CCIM

Kyle Robb joined RFA Asset Management in 2020 and serves as the Director of Leasing for the Madison market. In this role, he oversees leasing activities for a 14-building Class A office portfolio, including new lease agreements, renewals, and property marketing initiatives.

Prior to joining RFA Asset Management, Kyle was a Senior Real Estate Manager at Culver’s Franchising, where he supported franchisees across 26 states, providing expertise in real estate matters and site selection. Before that, he was a Partner at Colliers International – Madison, where he specialized in commercial real estate advisory and brokerage services, including tenant and landlord representation, property development, investment sales, and financial analysis.

Kyle holds a Wisconsin Real Estate Broker’s License and the prestigious CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater, with a minor in Marketing.

Ornit Rosenblatt

Ornit Rosenblatt, Real Estate Analyst, manages the daily operation of all financial transactions associated with the accounts payable/receivable, billing, and cash management functions as well as run the lease commission process & financial analysis. She has over 20 years of experience performing accounting related functions. Ornit is a graduate of the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.

Steven Murphy

Steven Murphy, Vice-President – Real Estate – Madison, joined the company in 2011. He is responsible for real estate, financial, and economic analysis, including lease and investment underwriting, and portfolio valuation. Steven received his B.B.A. in Real Estate and Urban Economics from the University of Wisconsin in 2011. Prior to joining finance and accounting, Steven was a member of the development team where he assisted in the analysis, entitlement, and day-to-day management of development projects.

Debbie Blackburn

Debbie Blackburn, Property Manager, is responsible for the overall daily management of buildings, including customer relations, lease administration, contracting services, expense control and financial reporting, in the Middleton and West Madison locations. She brings over 15 years of commercial, residential and senior property management experience, previously managing commercial properties in Minneapolis and St. Paul.

Diane Wells

Diane Wells, Property Manager, provides support to the property managers and external customers, as well as overseeing the access card system, parking leases, accounts receivable and other special projects. Not only does she bring many years of administration and property management experiences, she is also an active volunteer for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and Carbone Cancer Center.
